Refund policy

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase you can return it (see excluded items) to us within 14 days of receipt of your order for full-priced items.

Our returns policy is 14-days from the date you receive your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number. 

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:  

   Email us at sales@issealifestyle.com to start the return process. Ensure that you include your order number and details about the item you'd like to return.

2. Return Approval:  

   Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will send you return instructions along with a QR code. This QR code can be scanned and printed at your nearest Royal Mail branch.

3. Return Shipping Fee:  

   As a small business, the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. A fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

4. Keep Proof of Postage:  

   Be sure to keep your proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us at Issea Lifestyle.

5. Important to Note:  

   Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of return for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, kindly take clear photos of the issue. These photos will help us evaluate the situation and take appropriate steps to resolve it, including offering a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution. 

We aim to ensure every issue is resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

Any garment will be inspected and will not be considered faulty if it is deemed to be as a result of wear and tear (marked with stains, fabric pulls or washed).

Excluded Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), earrings, socks and personal care goods (such as beauty products including skincare and perfume). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
